Becoming a member of USA Dance is easy

Call USA Dance at 800-760-0582 and USA Dance will renew your membership over the phone with a credit card.

Print and mail in the membership form at USA Dance along with a check made out to USA Dance, Inc. The mailing address can be found at the bottom of the form.

Pick up a join or renewal form at the Northern Lights Dance Club event sign in desk, fill it out and send it in.

Fill out a member application form at the front desk with either $35 cash or check made payable to "USA Dance Inc" and the club will forward it to USA Dance.

The USA Dance office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 5:00 Eastern time and here to assist you.

Northern Lights Dance Club is one of 160 chapters of USA Dance, Inc. As a member of NLDC, you also are a member of USA Dance, Inc.
